3D technology is always identified with 3D glasses to watch it. But in future the 3D glasses seem to be abandoned by the manufacturer of 3D TV. Vestel, Europe’s largest TV maker recently showcased 3D 46 inch screen TV with lenticular lens, which allows us to watch it without using 3D glasses. Vestel party spokesman said that 3D TV is going to go on sale in Europe starting in early 2011, as quoted from Pocket-Lint, Monday (06/09/2010).
However, according to Maarteen Tobias, president of Dimenco, one of which also showcased its 3D TV, 3D TV by saying that the lenticular lens is already available, but only for very limited quantities.
